It’s A Tradition

We have been playing Arrowhead for years. It is one of the best layouts in Myrtle Beach, is always well-maintained and the staff is great. The Waterway 9 is my favorite just because of the holes along the Intracoastal Waterway where you can watch the boats go by. I have played a bunch of golf in Myrtle Beach and Arrowhead is definitely my favorite. Another great thing about Arrowhead is that it is really close to the airport. It is often our first and last round of our trip because we can play the day we arrive and right before we take off. I would recommend Arrowhead to everyone.

A Beautiful Setting With A Great Staff!

Being from Western Canada, we travel often to play golf; mostly to Arizona, California and Florida. The beauty of the landscape and the friendliness of South Carolina made us decide to purchase a vacation home there. We bought a condo in Riverwalk at Arrowhead two years ago, and played Arrowhead for the first time last year. What a revelation! The course was beautiful, challenging, and in fabulous condition. What set Arrowhead apart from some of the other great courses in the Myrtle Beach area was the staff - We have a 6 year old daughter who is just learning to golf, and the pro started us off on a different nine so that we would not be rushed! Fantastic! The Marshals were knowledgeable and super friendly as well. The clubhouse was immaculate, and although I didn’t eat at the restaurant, it sure smelled great! There really is no reason for us to now travel to other golf courses, as everything we could ask for is at Arrowhead.

A Must Play

I have lived in Myrtle Beach for a couple of years, and now I am wondering why I waited so long to play Arrowhead. The golf course is in excellent condition and I was very impressed with the landscaping with all the flowers, azaleas, and more - made me think of Augusta National and how pristine it looks in early April. The course design is interesting, a challenge and fair. The course allows you to be creative and try different shots. The green complexes are well thought out, accept approach shots well and roll very true. Arrowhead is definitely a place where I will return, and I recommend it to anyone visiting or residing in the “Golf Capital of the World,” Myrtle Beach.

Arrowhead Is Simply GREAT!!!

Great course. Great condition. Great staff. The perfect place to play a round in Myrtle Beach! I’d give it six stars if I could. It’s a challenging course for the good golfer, but fun for the high handicapper. If you are going to play golf on your Myrtle Beach vacation, Arrowhead is a MUST!

A Must Play (And Play Again)

Played Arrowhead for the first time in the spring 2010. It’s an incredible course with the staff to match. The course is challenging and enjoyable for all levels. The early morning fog of the inner coastal shrouding the Cypress course is what golf is all about. But what really stands out to me is the incredible staff. The starter was wonderful. And, through a mix up (our fault, not Arrowhead’s) some members of our group of 8 left their luggage at the course and did not realize it until we got to the airport. When we called to arrange to have our bags shipped, the golf pro immediately volunteered to personally drive the bags to the airport in his car. He arrived with our bags within minutes and saved us a bundle. That kind of customer service goes beyond the call of duty.We go to Myrtle every year, and never have we played the same course two years in a row. This year is different. We are going back to Arrowhead—for all 27.

One Of The Best In Myrtle Beach

The Arrowhead experience provides everything one could ask for the individual golfer or group. A tremendous course in immaculate condition suitable for all skill levels; unique and scenic layouts for each of the (3) nines; and a staff that goes over and above the call of duty. On top of that, it is conveniently located within a few miles of the Myrtle Beach airport…which is nice. Arrowhead can hold its own with the other more “well known” oft mentioned golf courses in Myrtle Beach. I can’t wait to play the course again later this year.

Best In Myrtle Beach Area

From the greetings at the bag drop, the friendly choices of tee times, the patience of the mowers and workers on course, the immaculate conditions of the course itself, make this our #1 in Myrtle Beach. We played for our 1st time on Monday, Sept. 12. We were so impressed that we returned on Wed., Sept. 14. We had a tee time reserved at another course, but cancelled to play Arrowhead once more before returning to Texas.Cypress-Lakes on Monday, then Waterway-Cypress on Wednsday. We have been coming to “The Grand Strand” for 5 out of the last 6 years and have never replayed any course until now. Arrowhead will be on my list of courses any time we return.

Fantastic! Best Course Played This Weekend

Arrowhead was the last course of the five we played this week. The course was in fantastic shape, the staff was just extremely friendly, and a pleasure to talk with. Played the Cypress and then the Lakes course, just a beautiful layout. The greens were in perfect condition. The course demands the ability to judge distance. There are a lot of shots that you have to think before you pull the trigger. I will make this my go to course for anybody that I know that is going to MB! Thank you so much for an enjoyable round!!!!

The Best Golf Secret In Myrtle Beach

After a number of years of playing golf in Myrtle Beach and seeing advertisements for Arrowhead my springtime golf group decided to take a chance and booked a tee time. The golf course speaks for itself. It is a beautiful, well manicured, outstanding course to play. The entire staff from the bag drop staff to the service cart people could not have been any better. I personally have played more that 70 courses in the Myrtle Beach area and without a doubt Arrowhead is one of the few 5 Star courses in the area. Our golf group will never miss a chance to play Arrowhead at least 2 to 3 times on our annual visits. With the new greens in place I can’t wait to get there again. Keep up the great work!!!!!
